What We Do

XCF operates cutting-edge SAF production facilities built to meet the highest standards of compliance, reliability, and quality. Our facilities play a pivotal role in accelerating the aviation industry’s transition to net-zero emissions by 2050.

XCF began producing neat SAF in February 2025 at New Rise Reno, our flagship facility in Reno, Nevada. The facility has an estimated annualized production capacity of 38 million gallons of neat SAF.

Our Portfolio

XCF holds a strategic early-mover advantage, with an operating SAF production facility in Reno, Nevada and a proven design that can be replicated across the nation.

New Rise Reno: Commissioned in February 2025, New Rise Reno has an estimated annualized production capacity of 38 million gallons of neat SAF and sets the benchmark for production efficiency and reliability.

Reno Expansion: Second facility expected to launch around 2027 with an estimated ~40 million gallons of annual neat SAF production capacity.

Future Growth: North Carolina and Florida facilities expected to open by 2028 and add an estimated ~80 million gallons of annual production capacity.
