Chris Cooper, Chief Executive Officer and Executive Director

Chris Cooper leverages more than 25 years of experience in the global energy industry. As President of Neste U.S. (North America), he oversaw regional leadership for renewable products, following his tenure as Vice President, Americas, Renewable Aviation. As Head of Renewables Trading at BGN, Chris led global trading activities for renewable fuels, including SAF, renewable diesel, and biogenic feedstocks. Earlier in his career, he spent nearly two decades at Phillips 66 and Chevron, holding a range of leadership roles in commercial strategy, downstream operations, and business development. A professional pilot, Chris brings a unique perspective on the aviation sector, combining operational depth with an international view of energy transition, renewable fuels, and infrastructure innovation.

Simon Oxley, Chief Financial Officer

Simon Oxley has served as CFO of XCF Global since February 2025. He leverages extensive experience in the energy sector, financial markets, and global operations, with a strong track record in capital planning, acquisitions, and corporate finance. Prior to joining XCF, Simon served as Executive Vice President and CFO of Tellurian, Inc., a Houston-based liquefied natural gas (“LNG”) development company, from June 2023 until its $1.2 billion acquisition by Woodside Energy in October 2024. Before Tellurian, Simon spent 20 years in investment banking, holding senior leadership roles at Barclays Investment Bank and Citigroup Global Markets, where he played a critical role in numerous LNG and energy sector transactions. Simon holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Chemical Engineering from the University of Edinburgh and a Master of Science in Corporate and International Finance from Durham University Business School.

Gregory R. Surette, Chief Strategy Officer

Gregory R. Surette, CPA was appointed as XCF’s Chief Strategy Officer in February 2025. He brings over 18 years of extensive corporate finance and accounting expertise, with a specialized emphasis on energy and resources, as well as manufacturing and distribution. Since 2019, Gregory Surette has served as Chief Financial and Operating Officer of The Ricci Group Limited (“Ricci”), overseeing its coffee and hospitality investments in Mainland China. He was instrumental in building Ricci’s global supply chain, focusing on coffee importation and distribution to support the launch and expansion of four coffee brands. Gregory Surette began his career at Deloitte & Touche LLP in 2006, working as an auditor for both public and private companies, with a significant focus on manufacturing and software enterprises. From 2010 to 2013, he worked in Deloitte’s London office, advising on international transactions, high-yield debt offerings, IPOs, and global note programs, managing deals ranging from $100 million to $1.5 billion across multiple industries. Returning to Deloitte’s Mergers and Acquisitions Transaction Services Group in New York from 2013 to 2019, he led multi-billion dollar private equity investments, particularly in the Energy and Resources sector.

Gregory P. Savarese, Chief Marketing Officer

Gregory P. Savarese serves as Chief Marketing Officer of XCF Global. Greg leverages 18 years of experience leading strategic planning, business development, and marketing and communications initiatives within fast-growth businesses operating in East Asia. Greg has served as Co-Founder and Chief Executive Officer at The Ricci Group Limited (‘‘Ricci’’) since 2009. His responsibilities have included driving strategy, revenue, business growth, and profitability across Ricci’s manufacturing, sales and marketing, distribution, and hospitality businesses, successfully bringing six award-winning brands to market in the packaged coffee and hospitality markets, executing brand and marketing development strategies for both corporate-facing and consumer- facing products, and leading high-performing business management teams. Greg earned a Bachelor of Arts in Communication from Loyola University Maryland and was inducted into Lambda Pi Eta, the National Communication Honor Society, in 2006.

Pamela Abowd, Chief Accounting Officer

Pamela Abowd serves as Chief Accounting Officer of XCF Global. She joined XCF in April 2025, bringing over two decades of leadership in corporate accounting, tax, and financial operations across the energy industry, including LNG, upstream, and infrastructure sectors.

Most recently, Pamela managed the post-merger accounting integration between Woodside Energy and Tellurian Inc. (“Tellurian”) from October 2024 to April 2025. From 2018 to 2024, she served as Vice President, Corporate Controller and Head of Accounting Operations (2022–2024) and Tax Director (2018–2022) at Tellurian. In these roles, she led all aspects of accounting operations, financial reporting, tax compliance, and ERP system implementation.

Prior to Tellurian, Pamela held senior tax leadership roles at Cheniere Energy from 2009 to 2018, where she led tax strategy initiatives, secured a multi-billion-dollar tax incentive agreement with the state of Louisiana, and implemented advanced compliance systems. She began her career in public accounting at Grant Thornton and UHY Advisors.

Pamela holds a BBA in Accounting and a Master of Accountancy from the University of Houston and is a Certified Public Accountant licensed in Texas.

Jonathan Seeley, Vice President, Treasurer

Jonathan Seeley serves as Vice President, Treasurer at XCF.

He brings more than 15 years of experience in corporate finance and treasury, most recently at Tellurian, an integrated natural gas company. Previously, he spent time at a Big 4 accounting firm and an aviation infrastructure consultancy.

He earned a B.S. in Aviation Business Administration from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University and an MBA from the University of Cincinnati.

Jae Ryu, Head of Land Development

Jae Ryu serves as XCF Global’s Head of Land Development, bringing over 25 years of experience in finance and real estate across both public and private companies. He has a proven track record in municipal financing, federal tax credit programs, and project development, having facilitated over $1.5 billion in project financing. Before joining XCF, Jae Ryu served as Managing Director and Chief of Staff to the Chairman at Crown Power Inc., where he led day-to-day operations and financial structuring. Prior to that, he was a Senior Partner at SDC Companies, overseeing project financing, acquisition structuring, and lender relations. Jae Ryu holds a B.A. in International Business Management - Finance from the University of San Francisco.

Jereme Crouthamel, General Manager, New Rise Reno

Jereme Crouthamel brings over 25 years of experience as a safety-focused, results-driven operations leader in the oil, gas, and renewable energy sectors. Jereme he oversees turn-key operations and maintenance solutions designed to maximize efficiency, safety, and performance. Jereme excels in process optimization, cost control, and complex problem-solving. He has completed coursework in Business Administration and Management at the New York Institute of Technology and advanced training in hazardous materials and fire prevention.

A Northern California native, Dan joined New Rise Renewables in 2022 and quickly proved himself as a dedicated leader and skilled operator with a commitment to growth and operational excellence.

Nick Wehbe serves as Facilities Engineer and Compliance Coordinator at New Rise Renewables Reno, where he plays a critical role in managing regulatory compliance and supporting plant optimization efforts. With a strong background in petroleum and geothermal engineering, Nick brings over a decade of experience leading complex technical projects and leverages his ability to navigate regulatory frameworks while driving operational efficiency. Prior to joining XCF, Nick held engineering and project management roles in the upstream oil and gas and geothermal sectors. Nick holds a B.S. in Petroleum Engineering from the University of Houston and an M.S. in Petroleum Engineering from the Colorado School of Mines.

Trevor Stephenson, Project Engineer, New Rise Reno

A trained chemical engineer, Trevor Stephenson focuses on optimizing refinery operations and delivering practical solutions to complex technical challenges. A graduate of the University of Nevada, Reno, Trevor played a key role during New Rise Reno’s construction phase—supporting the specification and procurement of instrumentation, control valves, and critical equipment. He also helped implement process control and data systems, contributing to a seamless transition from construction to operations. Trevor brings a hands-on, solution-oriented mindset to his work and continues to support the plant’s performance and efficiency as part of the engineering team.
